Frontend Engineer

Translate design systems into accessible, performant React interfaces. Partner closely with our designers to ship pixel-precise UI with motion that feels intentional, not decorative.

/ What you'll do

  • Build React/Next.js components that match design specifications precisely
  • Implement complex interaction and motion patterns with Framer Motion
  • Audit and improve Core Web Vitals across client projects
  • Collaborate with designers on Figma → code handoff workflows
  • Champion accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA) in everything you ship

/ What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of professional React experience
  • Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals and Tailwind proficiency
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and screen-reader testing
  • Comfortable with Figma and translating design tokens to code
  • Eye for detail — animation timing, spacing, typography

/ Nice to have

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Side projects or a portfolio showcasing UI craft
