Digital Marketing Manager
Run paid and organic campaigns end-to-end for a portfolio of client accounts. You'll own strategy, execution, and reporting — and have a creative team to work with on production.

/ What you'll do
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
- Build attribution models and stand up reporting in GA4 + Looker
- Lead client strategy reviews and present results to stakeholders
- Partner with creative on landing page experiments and CRO
- Manage and grow a small team of campaign specialists
/ What we're looking for
- 5+ years running paid media at meaningful budget scale
- Strong understanding of attribution and incrementality testing
- Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers
- Comfortable in Google Ads, Meta Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Data-fluent — can pull, model, and present numbers without help
/ Nice to have
- Experience with B2B lead-gen and long sales cycles
- HubSpot or comparable marketing automation experience
