Digital Marketing Manager

Run paid and organic campaigns end-to-end for a portfolio of client accounts. You'll own strategy, execution, and reporting — and have a creative team to work with on production.

/ What you'll do

  • Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Build attribution models and stand up reporting in GA4 + Looker
  • Lead client strategy reviews and present results to stakeholders
  • Partner with creative on landing page experiments and CRO
  • Manage and grow a small team of campaign specialists

/ What we're looking for

  • 5+ years running paid media at meaningful budget scale
  • Strong understanding of attribution and incrementality testing
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers
  • Comfortable in Google Ads, Meta Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Data-fluent — can pull, model, and present numbers without help

/ Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B lead-gen and long sales cycles
  • HubSpot or comparable marketing automation experience
